Every day you provide your bodies with good to keep them from failing. In the same way your good works should be the daily nourishment of your hearts. Your bodies are fed with food and your spirits with good works. You aren't to deny your soul, which is going to live forever, what you grant to your body, which is going to die.

celebrated the memory of St. Job of Pochaev and honored the Mother of
God of Pochaev. On Saturday at 3pm there was a procession to the
Dormition Chapel were the icon of the Mother of God of Pochaev was
returned to the main cathedral of the Monastery. A moleben was served
with an Akathist to St. Job of Pochaev. His Grace Bishop George of
Mayfield presided in the services as well as clergy from various
parishes.

On the following before  the liturgy, Sergei Jakubov, a graduate of
Holy Trinity Seminary, was tonsured a reader and during the liturgy
Deacon Andrei Rodenko was awarded the double orarion for his service to
the Church.   We would like to thank the clergy and faithful who
attended the services and prayed with us and wish the newly tonsured
