In 2014 the Monastery Apiary suffered major damage due to a fire. Since that time a new building has been built to house the workshop for processing honey and every year more and more beehives are been added. Currenly a building is being prepapred made out of straw walls to house the beehives during the winter. We hope to soon be able to offer our honey products online.
