20th Sunday after Pentecost
20th Sunday after Pentecost

On this day, the Holy Church commemorates the memory of St. Job of Pochaev.  On this day, the monastery always serves a polyleos in honor of St. Job, who is considered the patron saint of our brotherhood, especially our Publications department, which in memory of him, continues the missionary work which St. Job was so famous in Volynia and throughout the Russian Church.

His Grace Bishop Luke presided at the divine service. During the hours Vladyka tonsured seminarian Reader Nicholas Wildman to the subdeaconate.

We congratulate Nicholas upon his tonsure to this higher step to the priesthood and pray the God will give him strength to continue in his service to the Holy Church.
